A: As we are mostly a wholesale supplier and not a Stationary Store, most items are sold in lots of 250 or 125. Q: Prices explanation? A: All the prices are for a single box. (Click here for more detailed help on our prices). A: With respect to security, we use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the strongest commercially available encryption) when transferring and receiving your credit card information exchanged with our site.

Printing Questions Q: Do you print on any of your stock? A: No, we do not print. However, we do Foil-Stamping & Embossing. For quote, email file to info@doubleupaper.com. All our items are supplied blank, for the printer to print, or if marked "Laser", you can run that item on your Laser/Ink Jet Printer. Q: Do you supply your stock folded? A: No, all our folders/sheets are supplied flat, open, with a score, ready to print. Q: Can I put your invitation stock thru a Laser/Ink Jet Printer without damaging the foil image? A: We guarantee the stock we sell. If it is marked "Laser", it will stand up to Laser/Ink Jet Printers. Q: Which of your finishes have the best results with a desktop printer? A: The Vellum and Cypress finish. Q: What does laser compatible mean? A: It means that it's compatible with your laser / inkjet (bubble-jet) desktop printer. There are several reasons why an invitation is not laser compatible:
Inkjet (bubble-jet) printers should print wall on a textured (rough) finish. We recommend you should always test print a sample before you place an order. Heat is not a problem with our invitations; they should be able to withstand the heat of any laser printer. Commercial printers should be able to print on all our invitations, papers and envelopes. Q: Do you have any printing templates for your invitations? A: Due to the large selection of different style invitations we carry, we are not be able to provide printing templates for them. However it is vary easy to set up printing with a word processing program.
General Questions Q: Can I exchange or return an item that I ordered by mistake? A: You will need to apply for a return authorization by filling out our Return Form. Q: Is your vellum stock transparent? A: No, On our website Vellum means an opaque paper, transparent paper is called translucent on our site. Q: Do you have inner and outer envelopes for your invitations? A: We have outer envelopes for all our invitations. Q: I would like to order a "flat" card invitation, are your invitations available in single sheets? Or only as a folder? A: Most of our invitations are folders; however we can cut down at no charge the back flap of any folded invitation to make it for a flat card invitation. Q: Where can I find matching R.S.V.P./Thank You Cards? A: On the same page as the Invitation; scroll down the page till you see "Matching Products". Q: Are your Thank you cards the size that can be used as Response Cards? A: Our A-1 cards are the right size to use for Thank you / R.S.V.P. / Response / Note cards. Q: Can you make custom invitations to my specification? A: Yes, we can custom, convert your blank announcement, cut , score, foil stamp, emboss and die cut to your specification. However, there is a minimum of 1000 to make a run. Q: How do I proceed with a custom invitation? A: You must send us as much information as possible, such as size of finished product, all images indicating stamping, embossing, die cutting, scoring etc. Position of all images, quantity, color and stock to be used.
