FOIL STAMPING |

Foil Stamping is commonly used in the printing industry to enhance or highlight a Monogram, Logo or even the entire text.
This is achieved by heat transferring metallic foil or pigment from film rolls.

BLIND EMBOSSING |
|
Blind Embossing single level (no color) is a classic.
The paper is pressed into the cavity of the die, to raise the image.
It is very effective and can be achieved economically.

FOIL EMBOSSING |

Foil Embossing is where the foil image in whole or in part gets embossed.
This doubles the impact of the foil image. This can be accomplished in
a single pass, on large runs.

We will make a die from your rule file, and cut the paper in any shape.

LETTER STAMPING (DEEP IMPRESSION) |

Letter Stamp is a printing process where the image is pressed deep into the paper.
It is very unique and noticeable. It brings back 19th century craftsmanship
and takes you miles away from the digital age
by adding a traditional look to your invitation.

3 DIMENSIONAL EMBOSSING |

3-Dimensional Embossing makes a statement of its own.
Emphasizes and brings out the beauty of the monogram.
This is accomplished with a hand engraved sculptured brass die.

SCULPTURED SMOKE EMBOSSING |
|
Sculptured Smoke Embossing; a colored smoke foil is used with the embossing process.
A brown tint foil (other shades are available) was applied on this unique
shield sculpture embossing. 100Lb felt finish stock is a good choice for
deep embossing and it lends contrast to the work.

PANEL DEBOSSING |
|
A Panel is the traditional way to add elegance to your invitation,
without distracting attention from the text.
We use the process of hot debossing to make the panel pronounced.

MOUNTING, MULTI PLY & LAYERS |
|
Laminating is achieved by mounting several cover/board stock to get 2-4-6 Ply.
We can foil stamp, engrave, or letter stamp on this multi ply stock.
Top and bottom color sheets can be added.

EDGE GILDING, STRAIGHT & ROUND |
|
Gilding is metallic foil applied to the edge of the sheet. It makes a rich luster statement.
Gold is most commonly used; it can also be applied in silver and in copper.
We recommend a double thick stock, available in the Impressa Grade.

COPPER PLATE ENGRAVING |
|
Copper Plate Engraving is a method used for hundreds of years and yet even today,
it's considered the highest standard of printing. The paper is pressed into the cavity
of the ink filled die, the result, a sharp image comparable to none.
